Returns

If you need to return an item please do so within 7 days for a refund or an exchange minus postage and packaging costs.  We cannot pay for your returns.

If returning damaged goods we will investigate this with our couriers.

Your rights will not be affected, however your exchange of goods may be delayed whilst we investigate any claim of damages.

Please allow 72 hours for delivery - In most cases we deliver sooner using our trusted couriers. Once parcels are delivered and left safe on your property, they are your responsibility. No claims for damage or theft can be made.

Delivery is £3.95 per 30Kg for orders within the UK & £6.99 per 30kg for orders within the Republic of Ireland.
Specialist items, tanks, kennels, pumps etc etc we send out twice a week but in these cases we'll be in touch with you - Always leave as much contact info for yourself when ordering.

If we know of any delays in getting goods to you we will be in touch via the contact details you leave when ordering your goods - Please ensure these are left correctly.

We try to keep it simple and we find this helps, you as well as us.
